विवाहिता से घरेलू काम करने के लिए कहना क्रूरता नहीं, शादी से पहले महिलाएं स्पष्ट करें अपनी बात: बॉम्बे हाईकोर्ट
बॉम्बे हाईकोर्ट ने अपने एक आदेश में कहा कि अगर किसी विवाहित महिला को परिवार के लिए घर का काम करने के लिए कहा जाता है, तो महिला की तुलना हाउस हेल्पर से नहीं की जा सकती है और न ही यह कोई क्रूरता होगी. अदालत ने कहा, अगर महिला की दिलचस्पी घर का काम करने में नहीं है तो उसे यह बात शादी से पहले स्पष्ट कर देनी चाहिए, ताकि बाद में इस चीज को लेकर किसी तरह की समस्या न आए.

बॉम्बे हाईकोर्ट की औरंगाबाद बेंच ने एक महिला की ओर से दर्ज कराए गए मामले पर सुनवाई के दौरान यह टिप्पणी की. महिला ने अलग रह रहे पति और उसके माता-पिता पर घरेलू हिंसा और क्रूरता के तहत मामला दर्ज कराया था, जिसे अदालत ने खारिज कर दिया.
