मध्यप्रदेश के पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री दिग्विजय सिंह के छोटे भाई और पूर्व सांसद लक्ष्मण सिंह को कांग्रेस पार्टी ने छह साल के लिए निष्कासित कर दिया है.
Laxman Singh Congress Expulsion: मध्यप्रदेश के पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री दिग्विजय सिंह के छोटे भाई और पूर्व सांसद लक्ष्मण सिंह को कांग्रेस पार्टी ने छह साल के लिए निष्कासित कर दिया है. पार्टी की अनुशासन समिति के सदस्य तारीक अनवर ने उनके पार्टी विरोधी बयानों को गंभीरता से लेते हुए यह कार्रवाई की है. लक्ष्मण सिंह ने राहुल गांधी, रॉबर्ट वाड्रा और उमर अब्दुल्ला पर तीखे बयान दिए थे, जिससे पार्टी की छवि पर असर पड़ा. उन्होंने कहा था कि अगर पार्टी को मुझे निकालना है तो आज ही निकाल दें. कांग्रेस ने पहले उन्हें नोटिस भेजकर जवाब मांगा था, लेकिन संतोषजनक जवाब न मिलने पर यह निर्णय लिया गया.
लक्ष्मण सिंह का कहना था कि कांग्रेस नेतृत्व को बोलने से पहले सोचना चाहिए वरना चुनावों में नुकसान होगा.
