Delhi: वक्फ बोर्ड मनी लॉन्ड्रिंग केस में AAP विधायक अमानतुल्लाह खान को मिली जमानत
दिल्ली की राउज एवेन्यू कोर्ट ने आम आदमी पार्टी (AAP) के विधायक अमानतुल्लाह खान को प्रवर्तन निदेशालय (ED) द्वारा दर्ज मामले में जमानत दे दी है.
दिल्ली की राउज एवेन्यू कोर्ट ने आम आदमी पार्टी (AAP) के विधायक अमानतुल्लाह खान को प्रवर्तन निदेशालय (ED) द्वारा दर्ज मामले में जमानत दे दी है. ED ने दिल्ली वक्फ बोर्ड में नियुक्तियों और उसकी संपत्तियों को लीज पर देने में कथित अनियमितताओं से जुड़े मामले में अमानतुल्लाह खान के खिलाफ शिकायत दर्ज की थी. ED ने आरोप लगाया था कि खान जाँच में शामिल नहीं हो रहे हैं और एजेंसी के सामने पेश नहीं हो रहे हैं.
राउज एवेन्यू कोर्ट ने खान को 15,000 रुपये के निजी मुचलके और इतनी ही राशि के एक जमानती पर जमानत दे दी है. AAP ने ED के मामले को राजनीतिक प्रतिशोध बताया है. पार्टी का कहना है कि केंद्र सरकार AAP को बदनाम करने के लिए ED का इस्तेमाल कर रही है.
