सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने शंभू बॉर्डर को आंशिक रूप से खोलने का आदेश दिया है. कोर्ट ने कहा कि एंबुलेंस, आवश्यक सेवाओं और स्थानीय यात्रियों की आवाजाही को सुविधाजनक बनाने के लिए शंभू बॉर्डर पर सड़क को आंशिक रूप से खोलना जरूरी है.

Farmers Protest: सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने शंभू बॉर्डर को आंशिक रूप से खोलने का आदेश दिया है. कोर्ट ने कहा कि एंबुलेंस, आवश्यक सेवाओं और स्थानीय यात्रियों की आवाजाही को सुविधाजनक बनाने के लिए शंभू बॉर्डर पर सड़क को आंशिक रूप से खोलना जरूरी है. सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने यह भी कहा कि शंभू बॉर्डर पर प्रदर्शनकारी किसानों से बातचीत के लिए गठित किए जाने वाले पैनल की शर्तों पर संक्षिप्त आदेश पारित किया जाएगा. सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने पंजाब सरकार से भी शंभू सीमा पर प्रदर्शनकारी किसानों को सड़क से ट्रैक्टर हटाने के लिए मनाने को कहा है. कोर्ट ने कहा कि राजमार्ग पार्किंग स्थल नहीं हैं. दरअसल, हरियाणा सरकार ने शंभू बॉर्डर खोलने को लेकर पंजाब और हरियाणा हाईकोर्ट के आदेशों को सुप्रीम कोर्ट में चुनौती दी है. सरकार की इस याचिका पर आज सुप्रीम कोर्ट में सुनवाई हुई.
