कांग्रेस नेता राहुल गांधी के खिलाफ मोदी सरनेम मामले में सुनाये गए सजा के खिलाफ गुजरात हाई कोर्ट में शनिवार को सुनवाई हुई. अब इस मामले में अगली सुनवाई दो मई को होगी.
Rahul Gandhi Defamation Case: कांग्रेस नेता राहुल गांधी के खिलाफ मोदी सरनेम मामले में सुनाये गए सजा के खिलाफ गुजरात हाई कोर्ट में शनिवार को सुनवाई हुई. राहुल गांधी का प्रतिनिधित्व करने वाले वरिष्ठ अधिवक्ता अभिषेक सिंघवी ने कांग्रेस नेता की सजा पर रोक लगाने को लेकर लेकर एक के बाद एक कई दलीले दी. कोर्ट ने वकील अभिषेक सिंघवी की दलील सुनने के बाद मामले की सुनवाई 2 मई तक टाल दी है. अब राहुल गांधी के अपील पर अगली सुनवाई दो मई को होगी.
