भारतीय निर्वाचन आयोग (ECI) ने बुधवार को कहा कि राज्यसभा की 12 रिक्त सीटों के लिए 3 सितंबर को चुनाव होगा. राज्यसभा चुनाव के लिए अधिसूचना 14 अगस्त को जारी की जाएगी और नामांकन पत्र दाखिल करने की अंतिम तिथि 21 अगस्त रहेगी.
Rajya Sabha Elections: भारतीय निर्वाचन आयोग (ECI) ने बुधवार को कहा कि राज्यसभा की 12 रिक्त सीटों के लिए 3 सितंबर को चुनाव होगा. राज्यसभा चुनाव के लिए अधिसूचना 14 अगस्त को जारी की जाएगी और नामांकन पत्र दाखिल करने की अंतिम तिथि 21 अगस्त रहेगी. आयोग ने बताया कि केंद्रीय मंत्री पीयूष गोयल, सर्बानंद सोनोवाल और ज्योतिरादित्य सिंधिया सहित अन्य सदस्यों के लोकसभा के लिए निर्वाचित होने के कारण असम, बिहार, हरियाणा, मध्य प्रदेश, महाराष्ट्र, राजस्थान और त्रिपुरा सहित 10 राज्यसभा सीटें रिक्त हो गई हैं. प्रत्येक राज्यसभा सीट के लिए अलग-अलग चुनाव 3 सितंबर को होंगे और परिणाम उसी दिन घोषित किए जाएंगे.
