Indian Navy in Action For Burning Ship: 26 जनवरी की रात मालवाहक जहाज एमवी मार्लिन लुआंडा में भीषण आग लग गई, जिसके बाद जलते जहाज के लोगों ने भारतीय नौसेना से मदद मांगी. गल्फ ऑफ एडेन में तैनात भारतीय नौसेना के गाइडेड मिसाइल विध्वंसक आईएनएस विशाखापट्टनम तुरंत हरकत में आ गई.
आईएनएस विशाखापट्टनम ने तुरंत कार्रवाई करते हुए एमवी पर सवार दल की सहायता के लिए एनबीसीडी टीम और अग्निशमन उपकरणों को तैनात किया है. एमवी जहाज पर 22 भारतीय और 1 बांग्लादेशी नाविक सवार है, जिन्हें सुरक्षित बचाने के लिए ऑपरेशन चलाया जा रहा है.
