Garba In UNESCO's List of Intangible Cultural Heritage: गरबा यूनेस्को द्वारा विश्व धरोहर घोषित होने की कगार पर
बोत्सवाना में आयोजित होने वाले यूनेस्को के एक अंतरराष्ट्रीय सम्मेलन, अमूर्त सांस्कृतिक विरासत की सुरक्षा के लिए अंतर सरकारी समिति के अठारहवें सत्र में आज गुजरात के गरबा नृत्य को यूनेस्को की अमूर्त सांस्कृतिक विरासत का टैग मिलने की संभावना है. यूनेस्को की अमूर्त सांस्कृतिक विरासत की सूची में अब तक 14 सांस्कृतिक तत्व शामिल हैं.
बोत्सवाना में आयोजित होने वाले यूनेस्को के एक अंतरराष्ट्रीय सम्मेलन, अमूर्त सांस्कृतिक विरासत की सुरक्षा के लिए अंतर सरकारी समिति के अठारहवें सत्र में आज गुजरात के गरबा नृत्य को यूनेस्को की अमूर्त सांस्कृतिक विरासत का टैग मिलने की संभावना है. यूनेस्को की अमूर्त सांस्कृतिक विरासत की सूची में अब तक 14 सांस्कृतिक तत्व शामिल हैं. इस सूची में अंकित रामलीला, वैदिक मंत्रोच्चार, लद्दाख के बौद्ध मंत्रोच्चार, कुंभ मेला और कोलकाता की दुर्गा पूजा अन्य शामिल हैं. गरबा डांस जो अपने स्त्री रूप में विविधता का जश्न मनाता है, वैश्विक अमूर्त विरासत सूची में भारतीय विरासत में 15वें स्थान पर हो सकता है. गरबा को 2022 में सूची में शामिल करने के लिए नामांकित किया गया था.
