Commercialization of Human Milk: भारतीय खाद्य सुरक्षा एवं मानक प्राधिकरण (FSSAI) ने FSS अधिनियम, 2006 के तहत मानव दूध को संसाधित करने या बेचने की अनुमति देने से इनकार कर दिया है. FSSAI ने यह भी सलाह दी है कि मानव दूध और उसके उत्पादों के व्यावसायीकरण से संबंधित सभी गतिविधियों को रोक दिया जाना चाहिए. FSSAI ने सलाह में कहा, "इसके अलावा, राज्य और केंद्रीय लाइसेंसिंग प्राधिकरणों को यह सुनिश्चित करना चाहिए कि 'मां का दूध/मानव दूध' के प्रसंस्करण या बिक्री में शामिल ऐसे FBO को कोई लाइसेंस/पंजीकरण नहीं दिया जाए.
