चुनाव आयोग (EC) ने आम आदमी पार्टी के राष्ट्रीय संयोजक अरविंद केजरीवाल (Arvind Kejriwal) को नोटिस जारी किया है. दरअसल बीजेपी ने EC से शिकायत की थी कि पार्टी के आधिकारिक हैंडल पर पोस्ट किए गए दो ट्वीट्स में कथित तौर पर पीएम मोदी को अपमानजनक तरीके से चित्रित किया गया है. मामले में चुनाव आयोग का कहना है, "पोस्ट प्रथम दृष्टया एमसीसी (आदर्श आचार संहिता) के साथ-साथ चुनाव और दंडात्मक कानूनों के प्रावधानों का उल्लंघन करते हैं; उन्हें 16 नवंबर तक बयान को स्पष्ट करने के लिए कहा गया है."
