केरल हाई कोर्ट ने कहा कि कई निर्दोष व्यक्ति एससी/एसटी (Prevention of Atrocities) अधिनियम के तहत झूठे मुकदमे के शिकार हैं.
केरल हाई कोर्ट (Kerala High Court) ने कहा कि कई निर्दोष व्यक्ति एससी/एसटी (Prevention of Atrocities) अधिनियम के तहत झूठे मुकदमे के शिकार हैं. अदालत ने अग्रिम जमानत की मांग करने वाले एक आवेदन पर विचार करते हुए कहा, "यह चौंकाने वाला और झकझोर देने वाला तथ्य है कि कई निर्दोष व्यक्ति एससी/एसटी (पीओए) अधिनियम के तहत झूठे मुकदमे के शिकार हैं."
जस्टिस ए बदरुद्दीन ने कहा कि कई निर्दोष व्यक्ति एससी/एसटी (पीओए) अधिनियम के तहत झूठे प्रभाव के शिकार हो रहे हैं. इसलिए, जब एससी/एसटी अधिनियम के तहत मामलों की बात आती है तो अदालतों को विवरण पर बहुत ध्यान देना चाहिए.
