महाराष्ट्र में सियासी संकट के बीच उद्धव ठाकरे फ्लोर टेस्ट से बचेंगे या साबित करना होगा बहुमत? सुप्रीम कोर्ट में सुनवाई जारी
महाराष्ट्र में जारी सियासी संकट के बीच राज्यपाल भगत सिंह कोश्यारी ने फ्लोर टेस्ट को लेकर सरकार को नोटिस दे दिया है. अब उस फ्लोर टेस्ट के खिलाफ महा विकास अघाडी सरकार की तरफ से सुप्रीम कोर्ट में याचिका दायर की गई है जिस पर सुनवाई शुरू हो गई है.
Maharashtra Political Crisis: महाराष्ट्र में जारी सियासी संकट के बीच राज्यपाल भगत सिंह कोश्यारी (Bhagat Singh Koshyari) ने फ्लोर टेस्ट (Floor Test) को लेकर सरकार को नोटिस दे दिया है. अब उस फ्लोर टेस्ट के खिलाफ महा विकास अघाडी सरकार की तरफ से सुप्रीम कोर्ट (Supreme Court) में याचिका दायर की गई है जिस पर सुनवाई शुरू हो गई है. इस पूरे मामले में शिवसेना की तरफ से अभिषेक मनु सिंघवी (Abhishek Manu Singhvi) तो वहीं शिंदे गुट की तरफ से कोर्ट में नीरज किशन कौल (Neeraj Kishan Kaul) अपनी दलील रख रहे हैं. उद्धव ठाकरे के वकील सिंघवी फ्लोर टेस्ट को टाला जाए. वहीं शिंदे की तरफ से वकील नीरज किशन कौल की मांग है कि फ्लोर टेस्ट करवाया जाए.
वहीं गुवाहाटी से निकलने से पहले बोले एकनाथ शिंदे ने कहा कि हम कल मुंबई पहुंचेंगे और विश्वास मत में भाग लेंगे. उसके बाद विधायक दल की बैठक होगी और आगे की कार्रवाई तय की जाएगी.
Sunil Prabhu's lawyer submitted that this Court is considering the validity of the disqualification proceedings and has kept the matter for hearing on 11.07.2022. The issue of disqualification is directly connected/interlinked with the issue of Floor Test.
