चंडीगढ़ मेयर चुनाव को लेकर आम आदमी पार्टी और कांग्रेस की ओर से दायर की गई याचिका पर आज सुप्रीम कोर्ट में सुनवाई हुई. दोनों दलों ने मेयर चुनाव में धांधली का आरोप लगाया था और चुनाव अधिकारी का वायरल हुआ वीडियो सबूत के तौर पर शीर्ष अदालत में पेश किया था. कोर्ट में आज उन्होंने कुबूल किया कि उन्होंने बैलट पेपर पर क्रॉस मार्क किया था. सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने टिप्पणी की कि चंडीगढ़ मेयर चुनाव में रिटर्निंग ऑफिसर अनिल मसीह पर मुकदमा चलाया जाना चाहिए क्योंकि वह चुनाव प्रक्रिया में हस्तक्षेप कर रहे थे.
