Hindenburg Report on Adani Group: सुप्रीम कोर्ट में अडानी-हिंडनबर्ग मामले में सुनवाई, जांच के लिए केंद्र ने कमेटी बनाने पर दी सहमति

अडानी-हिंडनबर्ग मामले पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट में सोमवार को सुनवाई हुई. सुनवाई के दौरान केंद्र ने कहा कि जांच के लिए यदि कोर्ट कमेटी बनानाना चाहती है तो उसे इस पर एतराज नहीं है.

Hindenburg Report on Adani Group: अडानी-हिंडनबर्ग मामले पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट में सोमवार को सुनवाई हुई. मामले पर सॉलिसिटर जनरल तुषार मेहता ने कहा कि सेबी और दूसरी नियामक संस्थाएं इस तरह के हालातों से निपटने में पूरी तरह समर्थ हैं. लेकिन कोर्ट अपनी ओर से कमेटी का गठन करता है तो सरकार को ऐतराज नहीं है. कोर्ट ने केंद्र से कहा है कि वह शुक्रवार तक बताए कि कमेटी में कौन-कौन शामिल हो सकते हैं. वही अब इस मामले की अगली सुनवाई 17 फरवरी को होगा.

बता दें कि सुप्रीम कोर्ट में वकील विशाल तिवारी और एमएल शर्मा ने याचिका दायर की है, जिसमें उन्होंने हिंडनबर्ग रिपोर्ट की जांच कराए जाने की मांग की है. याचिका में कहा गया है कि यह मामला राष्ट्र की साख से जुड़ा है. ऐसे में हिंडनबर्ग ग्रुप के खिलाफ जांच की जाए. याचिका में शीर्ष अदालत के सेवानिवृत्त जज की अध्यक्षता वाली एक कमेटी बनाने की मांग रखी है.
