HC On Fake Cases By Woman For Money: महिलाएं रूपये ऐंठने के लिए POCSO के तहत दर्ज करा रही झूठी FIR, इलाहाबाद हाई कोर्ट की टिप्पणी
कोर्ट ने कहा कि आजकल महिलाएं POCSO/SC-ST के तहत झूठी एफआईआर दर्ज कर रही हैं, इसे "पैसे हड़पने के हथियार" के रूप में इस्तेमाल किया जा रहा है. इस प्रथा को खत्म किया जाना चाहिए.
इलाहाबाद उच्च न्यायालय ने गुरुवार को कहा कि यह बहुत दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण है कि आजकल, "अधिकतम मामलों" में महिलाएं POCSO/SC-ST अधिनियम के तहत झूठी एफआईआर दर्ज कर रही हैं, इसे राज्य से "पैसे हड़पने के हथियार" के रूप में इस्तेमाल किया जा रहा है और इस प्रथा को खत्म किया जाना चाहिए.
इसके पहले बुधवार को सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने एक मामले में अहम टिप्पणी करते हुए कहा था कि किसी पुरुष पर दुष्कर्म का झूठा आरोप उतना ही भयावह और पीड़ा देने वाला होता है, जितना किसी महिला के साथ दुष्कर्म. बेकसूर को झूठे मामलों में फंसाने से बचाया जाना चाहिए.
बेंच ने कहा कि इस बात को नजरअंदाज नहीं किया जा सकता कि दुष्कर्म से पीड़िता को सबसे ज्यादा परेशानी और अपमान सहना पड़ता होता है, लेकिन साथ ही दुष्कर्म का झूठा आरोप आरोपी को भी उतना ही कष्ट, अपमान और नुकसान पहुंचा सकता है.
The Allahabad High Court on Thursday observed that it is very unfortunate that nowadays, in "maximum cases" women are filing false FIRs under the POCSO/SC-ST Act using it as a "weapon to grab money" from the state and this practice should stop.
