क्रेमलिन ने पोलैंड में मिसाइल हमले के बाद वाशिंगटन की "संयमित" प्रतिक्रिया की प्रशंसा की और अमेरिकी राष्ट्रपति जो बिडेन ने कहा कि यह "संभावना नहीं" थी कि यह रूस से आया था.
