Arvind Kejriwal News: शराब नीति घोटाला मामले में दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल की रिहाई पर अंतरिम रोक हटाने से सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने इनकार कर दिया है. SC ने कहा है कि हमें दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट के फैसले का इंतजार करना चाहिए. HC द्वारा सुरक्षित रखे गए फैसले में हमारा दखल देना सही नहीं है. हम इस याचिका पर अब बुधवार (26 जून) को सुनवाई करेंगे. सीएम केजरीवाल के वकील ऋषिकेश कुमार ने कहा बताया कि आज हमने अरविंद केजरीवाल की जमानत पर रोक लगाने के हाईकोर्ट के आदेश को चुनौती दी है. मामले का उल्लेख किया गया था और इसे आज सुनवाई के लिए सूचीबद्ध किया गया था. अदालत ने आज कहा है कि चूंकि हाईकोर्ट का अंतिम आदेश अभी भी नहीं आया है और इसे कल सुनाए जाने की संभावना है. इसलिए मामले को परसों के लिए स्थगित कर दिया गया है.
