New Parliament Building Inauguration PIL: नए संसद भवन पर घमासान, अब सुप्रीम कोर्ट में उद्घाटन के खिलाफ याचिका दायर
सुप्रीम कोर्ट में एक जनहित याचिका दायर की गई है जिसमें मांग की गई है कि नए संसद भवन का उद्घाटन भारत के राष्ट्रपति द्वारा किया जाना चाहिए. याचिकाकर्ता का कहना है कि लोकसभा सचिवालय ने राष्ट्रपति को उद्घाटन के लिए आमंत्रित नहीं करके संविधान का उल्लंघन किया है.
सुप्रीम कोर्ट (Supreme Court) में एक जनहित याचिका दायर की गई है जिसमें मांग की गई है कि नए संसद भवन का उद्घाटन भारत के राष्ट्रपति द्वारा किया जाना चाहिए. याचिकाकर्ता का कहना है कि लोकसभा सचिवालय ने राष्ट्रपति को उद्घाटन के लिए आमंत्रित नहीं करके संविधान का उल्लंघन किया है.
बता दें कि देश में नए संसद भवन को लेकर सियासत छिड़ी हुई है. विपक्षी दलों की मांग है कि नए संसद भवन का उद्घाटन राष्ट्रपति करें. इस मांग को लेकर कई राजनीतिक दलों के नेताओं ने 28 मई को आयोजित समारोह का बहिष्कार करने का फैसला किया है. प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी देश के नए संसद भवन का 28 मई को उद्घाटन करेंगे.
