Sexual Assault: गलत इरादे से बच्चे के निजी अंगों को छूना भी POCSO एक्ट के तहत यौन उत्पीड़न: बॉम्बे हाईकोर्ट
मुंबई हाईकोर्ट ने कहा कि गलत नियत से बच्चे के निजी अंग को छूना भी पास्को एक्ट के तहत यौन अपराध माना जाएगा, भले ही उन अंगों पर चोट के निशान ना हो.
Bombay High Court: मुंबई हाईकोर्ट ने एक मामले पर सुनवाई के दौरान महत्वपूर्ण टिप्पणी की. कोर्ट ने कहा कि गलत नियत (Sexual Intent) से बच्चे (Child) के निजी अंग को छूना (Touching Private parts) भी पास्को एक्ट के तहत यौन अपराध (Sexual Assault) माना जाएगा, भले ही उन अंगों पर चोट के निशान ना हो.
