Maharashtra: शिंदे की याचिका पर SC का डिप्टी स्पीकर को नोटिस, 5 दिन में मांगा जवाब, 11 जुलाई को होगी अगली सुनवाई
सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने लगभग सभी पक्षों को नोटिस दे दिया है. इस नोटिस का जवाब सभी पक्षों को पांच दिनों के अंदर देना है. फिर मामले की अगली सुनवाई 11 जुलाई को होगी.
Maharashtra Political Crisis: बागी विधायक एकनाथ शिंदे की याचिका पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने लगभग सभी पक्षों को नोटिस दे दिया है. कोर्ट ने सभी पक्षों को से पांच दिनों के अंदर जवाब मांगा है. मामले की अगली सुनवाई 11 जुलाई को होगी. जिन पक्षों को नोटिस दिया गया है उसमें डिप्टी स्पीकर, विधानसभा के सचिव, केंद्र सरकार, महाराष्ट्र पुलिस, शिवसेना विधायक दल के नेता अजय चौधरी, सुनील प्रभु आदि शामिल हैं.
बागी विधायकों को राहत
बागी विधायकों को आज अयोग्य ठहराये जाने वाले नोटिस पर 5 बजे तक जवाब देना था, लेकिन अब सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कहा है कि डिप्टी स्पीकर के इस नोटिस पर 11 जुलाई तक रोक लगाई जाती है. मतलब 11 जुलाई तक इन विधायकों को अयोग्य नहीं ठहाराया जा सकता.
