Maharashtra Political Crisis: शिवसेना के चुनाव चिन्ह पर किसका हक होगा? इस मामले पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट मंगलवार को सुनवाई करते हुए अपने फैसले में कहा कि चुनाव आयोग के समक्ष कार्यवाही पर कोई रोक नहीं लगेगी, इसके बाद से यह तय हो गया है कि असली शिवसेना कौन सा गुट है इसका फैसला चुनाव आयोग की ओर से ही किया जाएगा. सुप्रीम कोर्ट के इस फैसले का सीएम एकनाथ शिंदे (CM Eknath Shinde) ने स्वागत किया है. शिंदे ने कहा कि चुनाव आयोग (EC) एक संवैधानिक बॉडी है, मेरिट के आधार पर निर्णय लेगा. हमारे पास राज्य विधानसभा और लोकसभा में बहुमत है. शिंदे ने कहा कि चूंकि मामला विचाराधीन है, इसलिए मैं इस पर अधिक नहीं बोलूंगा.
