Court On Consensual Sex: एक शख्स पर उसकी प्रेमिका ने बलात्कार और विश्वासघात करने का आरोप लगाते हुए विभिन्न धाराओं के तहत केस दर्ज कराया. इसकी सुनवाई कर्नाटक हाईकोर्ट में हुई. कोर्ट ने लड़की की याचिका खारिज कर दी और शख्स को रेप के आरोप से बरी कर दिया. मामला कर्नाटक का है.
अदालत ने कहा कि पांच साल तक शादी के नाम पर शारीरिक संबंध बनाने को रेप नहीं कहा जा सकता. लड़की ने अपने प्रेमी पर आरोप लगाया था कि उसने शादी का झूठा वादा किया और उसके साथ संबंध बनाए, लेकिन बाद में उसने ये रिश्ता तोड़ दिया.
