Haryana: ग्राहकों से कैरी बैग के पैसे लेना बिग बाजार को पड़ा भारी, अंबाला जिला आयोग ने भुगतान करने का दिया निर्देश
हरयाणा में बिग बाजार को ग्राहकों से बिना बताए कैरी बैग के पैसे लेना भारी पड़ गया हैं. जिला उपभोक्ता विवाद निवारण आयोग, अंबाला (हरियाणा) की पीठ ने बिग बाजार को सेवाओं में कमी के लिए रुपये वसूलने के लिए उत्तरदायी ठहराया हैं.
हरयाणा में बिग बाजार को ग्राहकों से बिना बताए कैरी बैग के पैसे लेना भारी पड़ गया हैं. जिला उपभोक्ता विवाद निवारण आयोग, अंबाला (हरियाणा) की पीठ ने बिग बाजार को सेवाओं में कमी के लिए रुपये वसूलने के लिए उत्तरदायी ठहराया हैं. पीठ ने अतिरिक्त शुल्क के लिए शिकायतकर्ता को पर्याप्त रूप से सूचित किए बिना एक कैरी बैग के लिए रुपये वापस करने का निर्देश दिया हैं. इस पीठ में नीना संधू (अध्यक्ष), रूबी शर्मा (सदस्य) और विनोद कुमार शर्मा (सदस्य) शामिल हैं. इसके साथ ही 3 हजार रुपए मुआवजा देने का निर्देश दिया हैं.
