अरविंद केजरीवाल के iPhone की जांच! ED ने Apple से की बात, कंपनी ने कहा- डेटा के लिए चाहिए पासवर्ड

ईडी ने अरविंद केजरीवाल के फोन तक पहुंच हासिल करने के लिए एप्पल को पत्र लिखा. एप्पल ने ईडी के पत्र का जवाब देते हुए कहा, 'बिना पासवर्ड के डेटा दोबारा हासिल नहीं किया जा सकता.' ईडी ने कोर्ट को बताया था कि 4 फोन ऐसे हैं, जिनका पासवर्ड अरविंद केजरीवाल ने नहीं दिया है. मुख्यमंत्री केजरीवाल को ईडी ने दिल्ली के कथित शराब घोटाले में 21 मार्च को गिरफ्तार किया था. अगले दिन कोर्ट ने उन्हें 28 मार्च तक ईडी की रिमांड पर भेज दिया था. हालांकि 28 मार्च को हुई सुनवाई में कोर्ट ने फिर से 1 अप्रैल तक कस्टडी बढ़ा दी.

दिल्ली के इस कथित शराब घोटाले की जांच सीबीआई और ईडी, दोनों कर रही है. हालांकि, दोनों ही एजेंसियों की एफआईआर में केजरीवाल का नाम नहीं है. लेकिन चार्जशीट में उनका नाम है. आरोपियों की रिमांड कॉपी में भी केजरीवाल का नाम लिया गया है.

आरोप है कि जब दिल्ली की एक्साइज पॉलिसी तैयार की जा रही थी, तब कई आरोपी केजरीवाल के संपर्क में थे. कई आरोपियों ने कथित रूप से केजरीवाल के खिलाफ गवाही दी है.
