Fraud WhatsApp Number Deactivation: फर्जी नंबरों से रजिस्टर्ड व्हाट्सएप अकाउंट किए जाएंगे निष्क्रिय

केंद्रीय इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स और आईटी मंत्री अश्विनी वैष्णव (Ashwini Vaishnaw) ने कहा है कि मेटा-स्वामित्व वाला WhatsApp अपने मैसेजिंग प्लेटफॉर्म से व्हाट्सएप खाते को निष्क्रिय करने के लिए सहमत हो गया है, अगर वह नंबर एक फर्जी कनेक्शन पाया जाता है. यह भारत में अंतरराष्ट्रीय स्पैम कॉल की बढ़ती संख्या और मंच को नोटिस भेजने की घोषणा के सरकार के संज्ञान के बीच आता है.

अश्विनी वैष्णव ने कहा, "हम व्हाट्सएप के साथ सक्रिय रूप से जुड़े हुए हैं और वे इस बात पर सहमत हुए हैं कि हां, ग्राहक सुरक्षा सबसे महत्वपूर्ण है, और वे उन उपयोगकर्ताओं को डीरजिस्टर करने के लिए पूरी तरह से तैयार हैं, जिन्हें धोखाधड़ी उपयोगकर्ताओं के रूप में पाया गया है."
