अमेरिकी अंतरिक्ष एजेंसी NASA ने सेंटीनल-6 माइकल फ्रीलिश सैटेलाइट के जरिए धरती पर गर्म लहरों की तस्वीर जारी की है. ये लहरें ही आगे चलकर अल-नीनो बन जाती हैं.
इस साल अल-नीनो (El-Nino) की वजह से भयानक गर्मी पड़ने वाली है. साथ ही देश में बारिश भी कमजोर हो सकती है. अमेरिकी अंतरिक्ष एजेंसी NASA ने सेंटीनल-6 माइकल फ्रीलिश सैटेलाइट के जरिए धरती पर गर्म लहरों की तस्वीर जारी की है. ये लहरें ही आगे चलकर अल-नीनो बन जाती हैं. सैटेलाइट ने यह तस्वीर 24 अप्रैल 2023 को ली थी. लहरें प्रशांत महासागर में भारत की तरफ बढ़ रही हैं. नासा द्वारा जारी किए गए नक्शे में जो समुद्र में जो लाल और सफेद रंग का इलाका दिख रहा है, वहां पर गर्म पानी बह रहा है. ये गर्म पानी हवाओं की गर्मी से तटीय इलाकों को गर्म कर देंगे.
