Atiq Ahmed Shifting: अतीक अहमद को लेकर साबरमती जेल जा रही पुलिस, प्रयागराज से निकला काफिला (Watch Video)
माफिया अतीक अहमद (Atiq Ahmed) को लेकर यूपी पुलिस का काफिला मंगलवार रात साबरमती के लिए रवाना हो गया है. उसे नैनी जेल से वापस साबरमती जेल ले जाया जा रहा है.
प्रयागराज: माफिया अतीक अहमद (Atiq Ahmed) को लेकर यूपी पुलिस का काफिला मंगलवार रात साबरमती के लिए रवाना हो गया है. उसे नैनी जेल से वापस साबरमती जेल ले जाया जा रहा है. इससे पहले दिन में उमेश पाल अपहरण मामले में माफिया अतीक अहमद, उसके करीबी शौकत हनीफ, दिनेश पासी को जिला न्यायालय की एमपी एमएलए विशेष न्यायाधीश डॉक्टर दिनेश चंद्र शुक्ला ने उम्रकैद की सजा सुनाई थी. कोर्ट ने तीनों दोषियों पर एक-एक लाख का जुर्माना लगाया है। यह धनराशि पीड़ित परिवार को दी जाएगी.
विशेष अदालत ने आईपीसी की धारा 364 ए के तहत दोषी करार दिया था. विशेष अदालत ने बाकी सभी आरोपियों को इस मामले में दोषमुक्त कर दिया है. अतीक के भाई अशरफ को बरेली और हनीफ को चित्रकूट जेल भेजा गया है.
