SC On Unnatural Death Of Wife In Matrimonial Home: सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने दहेज हत्या से जुड़े एक मामले की सुनवाई करते हुए अहम फैसला सुनाया है. कोर्ट ने कहा कि यदि मौत का कारण पता नहीं हो तो शादी के 7 साल के भीतर ससुराल में सभी अस्वाभाविक मौत को दहेज हत्या नहीं माना जा सकता है. मामले की सुनवाई कर रहे जज ने इस मामले में दोषी करार दिए गए एक आरोपी को बरी कर दिया. व्यक्ति को हाईकोर्ट ने सेक्शन 304बी (दहेज हत्या) और सेक्शन 498ए (क्रूरता) के मामले में दोषी ठहराते हुए 7 साल की सजा सुनाई थी.
