2002 Gujarat Riots: सामाजिक कार्यकर्ता तीस्ता सीतलवाड़ को SC से बड़ी राहत, नियमित जमानत पर रिहा

2002 में गोधरा कांड के बाद हुए दंगों के मामले में सामाजिक कार्यकर्ता के खिलाफ हुई सुनवाई में सामाजिक कार्यकर्ता तीस्ता सीतलवाड़ को सुप्रीम कोर्ट से राहत मिली है. कोर्ट ने मामले में सुनवाई करते हुए नियमित जमानत दे दी है.

2002 Gujarat Riots: 2002 में गोधरा कांड के बाद हुए दंगों के मामले में सामाजिक कार्यकर्ता के खिलाफ हुई सुनवाई में सामाजिक कार्यकर्ता तीस्ता सीतलवाड़ (Teesta Setalvad) को सुप्रीम कोर्ट से राहत मिली है. कोर्ट ने मामले में सुनवाई करते हुए नियमित जमानत दे दी है. सुनवाई के दौरान तीस्ता की ओर से पेश वकील कपिल सिब्बल ने पूरी बात कोर्ट के समक्ष रखा, उन्‍होंने कहा कि फर्जी तौर पर सबूत गढ़ कर एफआइआर दर्ज की गई. गुजरात उच्च न्यायालय द्वारा नियमित जमानत देने से इनकार किए जाने के तुरंत बाद कार्यकर्ता तीस्ता सीतलवाड़ ने शनिवार को उच्चतम न्यायालय का रुख किया.
