RBI ने कहा, 'आर्थिक विखंडन उभरते बाजारों के लिए सबसे बड़ा खतरा है. रिपोर्ट में कहा गया है कि वैश्विक चुनौतियों के बावजूद भारतीय अर्थव्यवस्था और घरेलू वित्तीय प्रणाली को मजबूत मैक्रोइकॉनॉमिक फंडामेंटल (मजबूत व्यापक आधार) का समर्थन मिल रहा है.
