Arvind Kejriwal: केजरीवाल को मिल सकती है अंतरिम जमानत, दोपहर 2:30 बजे आएगा सुप्रीम कोर्ट का फैसला!

Arvind Kejriwal: सुप्रीम कोर्ट में केजरीवाल की गिरफ्तारी को चुनौती देने वाली उनकी याचिका पर आज सुनवाई हो रही है. SC ने केजरीवाल के वकील से कहा कि अगर वह केजरीवाल को अंतरिम जमानत देते हैं, तो वह नहीं चाहते कि केजरीवाल आधिकारिक कर्तव्यों का पालन करें. क्योंकि इससे कहीं न कहीं टकराव पैदा होगा. हम सरकार के कामकाज में बिल्कुल भी हस्तक्षेप नहीं चाहते हैं. सुप्रीम कोर्ट का कहना है कि अगर चुनाव नहीं होते तो कोई अंतरिम राहत नहीं मिलती. बता दें, जस्टिस संजीव खन्ना और जस्टिस दीपांकर दत्ता की बेंच इस याचिका पर सुनवाई कर रही है. ED के वकील 2 बजे अपना बाकी दलील रखेंगे. इसके बाद सुप्रीम कोर्ट केजरीवाल की अंतरिम जमानत पर 2: 30 बजे अपना फैसला सुना सकता है.
