दिल्ली विधानसभा से निलंबित किए गए बीजेपी के 7 विधायकों के मामले में आज दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट में सुनवाई हुई. जस्टिस सुब्रमण्यम प्रसाद ने विधायकों को आज ही स्पीकर से मिलने के लिए कहा है. जस्टिस प्रसाद ने कहा कि अगर मामला नहीं सुलझा तो कोर्ट गुरुवार दोपहर 12 बजे मामले की फिर सुनवाई करेगा.
Delhi High Court: दिल्ली विधानसभा से निलंबित किए गए बीजेपी के 7 विधायकों के मामले में आज दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट में सुनवाई हुई. इस दौरान बीजेपी विधायकों ने कोर्ट से कहा कि उनके निलंबन की तुलना राघव चड्ढा के संसद से निलंबन से की जा रही है. आम आदमी पार्टी इसे राजनीतिक मुद्दा बना रही है. दलीलों को सुनने के बाद जस्टिस सुब्रमण्यम प्रसाद ने विधायकों को आज ही स्पीकर से मिलने के लिए कहा है. जस्टिस प्रसाद ने कहा कि अगर मामला नहीं सुलझा तो कोर्ट गुरुवार दोपहर 12 बजे मामले की फिर सुनवाई करेगा.
