Maharashtra: ठाकरे परिवार के खिलाफ आय से अधिक संपत्ति मामले में बॉम्बे HC में याचिका, ED या CBI से जांच कराने की मांग
महाराष्ट्र में सियासी उठापठक के बीच उद्धव ठाकरे के परिवार सामने एक बार फिर से मुश्किलें आने वाली है. दरअसल, महाराष्ट्र के पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री उद्धव ठाकरे, उनकी पत्नी रश्मि ठाकरे और बेटों आदित्य और तेजस के खिलाफ बॉम्बे हाई कोर्ट में एक जनहित याचिका दायर की गई है.
महाराष्ट्र में सियासी उठापठक के बीच उद्धव ठाकरे (Uddhav Thackeray) के परिवार सामने एक बार फिर से मुश्किलें आने वाली है. दरअसल, महाराष्ट्र के पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री उद्धव ठाकरे, उनकी पत्नी रश्मि ठाकरे और बेटों आदित्य और तेजस के खिलाफ बॉम्बे हाई कोर्ट में एक जनहित याचिका दायर की गई है. पूर्व सीएम और उनके परिवार के खिलाफ यह याचिका आय से अधिक संपत्ति मामले में ईडी या सीबीआई से जांच कराने को लेकर दायर की गई है. इस मामले पर आज कोर्ट में सुनवाई होने वाली हैं.
बता दें कि यह याचिका गौरी और अभय भिड़े की तरह से दायर की गई है. जिनके परिवार ने आपातकाल के दौरान शिवसेना सुप्रीमो बाल ठाकरे के साप्ताहिक को संक्षिप्त रूप से छापा था.
