कोटक बैंक का सर्वर डाउन होने के कारण एटीएम कार्ड और यूपीआई से लेनदेन करने में समस्या आ रही है.
Kotak Mahindra Bank Server Down: शनिवार को एक असामान्य गड़बड़ी ने कई कोटक महिंद्रा बैंक खाताधारकों परेशानी में डाल दिया. बताया जा रहा है कि कोटक बैंक का सर्वर डाउन होने के कारण एटीएम कार्ड और यूपीआई से लेनदेन करने में समस्या आ रही है. ग्राहक इसकी शिकायत सोशल मीडिया पर कर रहे हैं. उपयोगकर्ता फ़ोन बैंकिंग और नेट बैंकिंग के माध्यम से अपने खाते की शेष राशि की जांच करने में असमर्थ थे. निराश यूजर्स ने अपनी परेशानी साझा करने के लिए ट्विटर का सहारा लिया.
कोटक महिंद्रा बैंक की तरफ से ट्वीट कर कहा गया है कि "नमस्ते! परेशानी के लिए खेद हैं! हमारी तकनीकी टीम इसपर काम कर रही है और जितनी जल्दी हो सके इसे बहाल कर देगी. धैर्य और समझदारी के लिए धन्यवाद."
