गुजरात दंगों में PM नरेंद्र मोदी को क्लीन चिट के खिलाफ अर्जी SC में खारिज

गुजरात में 2002 में हुए दंगों के मामले में तत्कालीन सीएम नरेंद्र मोदी को SIT की क्लीन चिट को चुनौती देने वाली याचिका को सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने खारिज कर दिया है. पूर्व कांग्रेस सांसद एहसान जाफरी की विधवा जाकिया जाफरी ने यह अर्जी 2018 में दाखिल की थी. एसआईटी रिपोर्ट को चुनौती देने वाली याचिका गुजरात हाईकोर्ट से खारिज होने के बाद जाकिया जाफरी ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट का दरवाजा खटखटाया था. सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने भी अब इसे खारिज कर दिया है.
