Supreme Court: मोहम्मद जुबैर व एंकर रोहित रंजन के मामले पर कल सुप्रीम कोर्ट में होगी सुनवाई
मोहम्मद जुबैर और ज़ी न्यूज के एंकर रोहित रंजन की याचिकाओं पर कल सुप्रीम कोर्ट में सुनवाई होगी.
ऑल्ट न्यूज़ मोहम्मद जुबैर (Alt News Mohammed Zubair) और ज़ी न्यूज के एंकर रोहित रंजन (Rohit Ranjan) की याचिकाओं को कल सुप्रीम कोर्ट (Supreme Court)में जस्टिस इंदिरा बनर्जी और जेके माहेश्वरी की पीठ के समक्ष सुनवाई के लिए सूचीबद्ध किया गया. इन दोनों के मामला पर कल सुप्रीम कोर्ट में सुनवाई होगी.
दिल्ली पुलिस ने जुबैर को अपने एक ट्वीट के जरिए धार्मिक भावनाएं भड़काने के आरोप में 27 जून को गिरफ्तार किया था. दिल्ली पुलिस ने जुबैर के खिलाफ भारतीय दंड संहिता की धाराओं 120 बी (आपराधिक साजिश) और 201 (सबूत नष्ट करना) तथा विदेशी अंशदान (विनियमन) अधिनियम की धारा 35 के प्रावधान भी लगाए हैं.
