दिल्ली की एक अदालत ने गुरुवार को एक पूर्व एयर होस्टेस की आत्महत्या मामले में अपना फैसला सुनाया. अदालत ने पूर्व मंत्री गोपाल गोयल कांडा को बरी कर दिया है. एयर होस्टेस गीतिका शर्मा 5 अगस्त 2012 को अपने दिल्ली आवास पर मृत पाई गई थी.
दिल्ली की एक अदालत ने गुरुवार को एक पूर्व एयर होस्टेस की आत्महत्या मामले में अपना फैसला सुनाया. अदालत ने पूर्व मंत्री गोपाल कांडा को बरी कर दिया है. एयर होस्टेस गीतिका शर्मा 5 अगस्त 2012 को अपने दिल्ली आवास पर मृत पाई गई थी. कांडा पर धारा 306 (आत्महत्या के लिए उकसाना), 506 (आपराधिक धमकी), 201 (साक्ष्य नष्ट करना), 120बी (आपराधिक साजिश) और 466 (जालसाजी) के तहत आरोप थे.
