FDA Stop Sale and Manufacturing of 14 Drugs: एफडीए ने पुणे में बैन हुई 14 दवाओं की बिक्री और निर्माण पर रोक लगाने का दिया आदेश

फूड एंड ड्रग एडमिनिस्ट्रेशन (एफडीए) ने केमिस्ट एसोसिएशन पुणे डिस्ट्रिक्ट (सीएपीडी) और पुणे जिले में एलोपैथिक दवा निर्माताओं को सूचित किया है कि 14 फिक्स्ड डोज कॉम्बिनेशन ड्रग्स अब निर्मित, बेची या वितरित नहीं की जाएंगी. बता दें कि केंद्रीय स्वास्थ्य मंत्रालय ने इस महीने की शुरुआत में इन 14 एफडीसी पर यह कहते हुए प्रतिबंध लगा दिया था कि इन दवाओं का कोई चिकित्सीय आधार नहीं है और ये मनुष्यों के लिए 'खतरा' पैदा कर सकती हैं.

3 जून को जारी केंद्र सरकार की अधिसूचना के बाद, FDA ने इस संबंध में पुणे क्षेत्र (पुणे, सोलापुर, सांगली, सतारा और कोल्हापुर) में CAPD और एलोपैथिक दवा निर्माताओं को 6 जून को एक पत्र जारी किया. एफडीए, पुणे क्षेत्र के सहायक आयुक्त दिनेश खिवेंसरा ने बताया कि देश में इन दवाओं की बिक्री नहीं होगी.
