Mohammed Zubair Case: दिल्ली पुलिस का दावा, मोहम्मद जुबैर ने मिटाया सबूत, फोन फॉर्मेट और ट्वीट किया डिलीट
मोहम्मद जुबैर को दिल्ली पुलिस ने आज पटियाला हाउस कोर्ट में पेश किया. पुलिस ने मोहम्मद जुबैर की न्यायिक हिरासत मांगी हैं.
Mohammed Zubair Case: ऑल्ट न्यूज़ के सह-संस्थापक मोहम्मद जुबैर के एक कथित आपत्तिजनक ट्वीट से जुड़े एक मामले में अतुल श्रीवास्तव को दिल्ली पुलिस का विशेष लोक अभियोजक नियुक्त किया गया है. मोहम्मद जुबैर को दिल्ली पुलिस ने आज पटियाला हाउस कोर्ट में पेश किया. दिल्ली पुलिस ने मोहम्मद जुबैर की न्यायिक हिरासत मांगी हैं.
पुलिस ने कोर्ट में बताया कि मोहम्मद जुबैर ने साजिश और सबूतों को नष्ट कर दिया है. इतना ही नहीं आरोपी को विदेशों से चंदा भी मिला था. केस में विदेशी योगदान (विनियमन) अधिनियम, 2010 की धारा 35 को जोड़ा गया है.
दिल्ली पुलिस ने मामले में तीन नई धाराएं - 201 (सबूत नष्ट करने के लिए - फोन को फॉर्मेट करने और हटाए गए ट्वीट), 120- (बी) (आपराधिक साजिश के लिए) और एफसीआरए के 35 मामले जोड़े हैं. वहीं मोहम्मद जुबैर के वकील ने जमानत अर्जी दाखिल की है.
Delhi Police have added three new Sections - 201 (for the destruction of evidence - formatted phone & deleted tweets), 120-(B) (for criminal conspiracy) of IPC and 35 of FCRA in the matter.
A bail application has been filed by the counsel for Mohd Zubair.
