एडवोकेट प्रशांत भूषण ने कहा कि, 'इलेक्टोरल में ज्यादातर बॉन्ड घुस के तौर पर दिए गए है, जिनकी सरकारे थी, उन्हें कंपनियों ने ये बॉन्ड दिए है और सरकारों ने उन्हें तरह -तरह के लाभ दिए है. इसमें कंपनी, सरकार और ईडी, इनकम टैक्स के अधिकारी मिले हुए थे, इसकी जांच होनी चाहिए.
