Most Wanted Terrorist Encounter: पाकिस्तान में मोस्ट वांटेड आतंकी इकबाल का एनकाउंटर, श्रीलंकाई क्रिकेट टीम पर हमले में था शामिल
पाकिस्तान में मोस्ट वांटेड आतंकी इकबाल का एनकाउंटर कर दिया गया है. इकबाल उर्फ बाली खैरा अल-कायदा और तहरीक-ए-तालिबान पाकिस्तान (टीटीपी) खैरा समूह का सदस्य था.
पाकिस्तान में मोस्ट वांटेड आतंकी इकबाल (Iqbal Alias Bali) का एनकाउंटर कर दिया गया है. इकबाल उर्फ बाली खैरा अल-कायदा और तहरीक-ए-तालिबान पाकिस्तान (टीटीपी) खैरा समूह का सदस्य था. वह डेरा इस्माइल खान में फतेह मूर के पास पुलिस मुठभेड़ में मारा गया. इकबाल सबसे वांछित आतंकवादियों में से एक था और खैबर-पख्तूनख्वा और पंजाब पुलिस ने उसे जिंदा या मुर्दा पकड़ने के लिए 10.5 मिलियन रुपये के इनाम की घोषणा की थी.
इकबाल हाल ही में जिला मुख्यालय अस्पताल में आत्मघाती बम विस्फोट के साथ-साथ लाहौर में श्रीलंकाई क्रिकेट टीम पर 2009 के हमले में भी शामिल था. श्रीलंकाई क्रिकेट टीम पर हुए हमले में सात पुलिस अधिकारी मारे गए थे और महेला जयवर्धने, कुमार संगकारा, अजंता मेंडिस, थिलन समरवीरा, थरंगा परनविताना और चामिंडा वास सहित सात खिलाड़ी घायल हो गए थे.
