दिल्ली हाई कोर्ट ने हाल ही में कहा था कि तीसरे पक्ष के एप्लिकेशन डाउनलोड करने से पहले Android उपयोगकर्ताओं को चेतावनी देने वाला Google का अस्वीकरण, एक उद्योग अभ्यास (Industry Practice) है और ट्रेडमार्क उल्लंघन नहीं है. जस्टिस अमित बंसल ने फैसला सुनाया कि Google द्वारा दी गई चेतावनी एक अस्वीकरण है और डाउनलोड को प्रतिबंधित या ब्लॉक नहीं करता है. "उपयोगकर्ता 'फिर भी डाउनलोड करें' के विकल्प पर क्लिक करके एपीके फ़ाइलों को डाउनलोड और इंस्टॉल करना जारी रख सकते हैं.
