BYJU'S Aakash to Launch IPO: बायजू की 'आकाश एजुकेशन' अगले साल लाएगी IPO, जानें कब खुलेगा इश्यू

भारत की दिग्गज एजुकेशन टेक स्टार्टअप कंपनी बायजू (Byju's) 2024 के मध्य तक अपनी प्रीपेरेटरी कंपनी आकाश एजुकेशन सर्विसेज लिमिटेड (Aakash Education Services Limited) का आईपीओ लॉन्च करने की तैयारी में है. 2024 के मध्य में आकाश एजुकेशन सर्विसेज का आईपीओ आ सकता है. कंपनी ने सोमवार को यह घोषणा की.
Byju's ने कहा है कि कंपनी अपनी सब्सिडियरी कंपनी आकाश एजुकेशन सर्विसेज लिमिटेड का आईपीओ अगले साल यानि 2024 के मध्य में लॉन्च करेगी. कंपनी ने अपने बयान में घोषणा की कि आकाश एजुकेशन सर्विसेज लिमिटेड (AESL) का राजस्व वित्त वर्ष 2023-23 में ₹900 करोड़ के EBITDA (परिचालन लाभ) के साथ ₹4,000 करोड़ रुपये रहने का अनुमान है. दो वर्ष पहले अप्रैल 2021 में Byju's ने आकाश एजुकेशन सर्विसेज को 950 मिलियन डॉलर या 7100 करोड़ रुपये में खरीदा था. इसके बाद से आकाश एजुकेशन के मुनाफे में 3 गुना की बढ़ोतरी हो चुकी है.
