उत्तर प्रदेश के रहने वाला एक व्यक्ति पत्नी द्वारा शादी से पहले रेप की शिकायत फिर से करने को लेकर देश की सर्वोच्च अदालत रूख किया है.
Rape Complaint Against Husband: उत्तर प्रदेश के रहने वाला एक व्यक्ति पत्नी द्वारा शादी से पहले रेप की शिकायत फिर से करने को लेकर सर्वोच्च अदालत सुप्रीम रूख किया है. शख्स द्वारा कोर्ट में याचिका दायर करने के बाद जस्टिस बीआर गवई, विक्रम नाथ और संजय करोल की पीठ ने सोमवार को उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार से याचिका पर जवाब मांगा. बता दें कि यह याचिका इलाहाबाद उच्च न्यायालय के एक आदेश को चुनौती देते हुए दायर की गई थी जिसमें याचिकाकर्ता-पति को उसकी पत्नी द्वारा बलात्कार के एक मामले में अग्रिम जमानत देने से इनकार कर दिया गया था, जो 2011 और 2014 में दोनों की शादी से पहले हुई घटनाओं से उत्पन्न हुई थी.
