महाराष्ट्र के डीजीपी रजनीश सेठ ने कहा, "सीपी औरंगाबाद किसी के भी खिलाफ कार्रवाई करने में सक्षम है. वह मनसे प्रमुख राज ठाकरे की रैली के वीडियो देख रहे हैं और अगर उन्हें इसमें कुछ भी गलत पाया जाता है तो वह आज ही कार्रवाई करेंगे."

राज ठाकरे (Raj Thackeray) कभी भी गिरफ्तार हो सकते हैं. उनके खिलाफ शिराला की मजिस्ट्रेट कोर्ट ने 6 अप्रैल को गैर-जमानती वारंट (Non-bailable warrant) जारी किया था. ये गैर जमानती वारंट सांगली के शिराला में मजिस्ट्रेट कोर्ट ने 6 अप्रैल को मनसे प्रमुख राज ठाकरे के खिलाफ 2008 के एक मामले के संबंध में आईपीसी की धारा 143, 109, 117, 7 और बॉम्बे पुलिस अधिनियम के 135 के तहत जारी किया गया था.
