ईडी केजरीवाल की 10 दिनों की कस्टडी मांग सकती है. ईडी दरअसल शरत रेड्डी, समीर महेंद्रू, राघव रेड्डी के बयानों के आधार पर केजरीवाल की कस्टडी की मांग करेगी. इन सभी आरोपियों ने ईडी को बताया था कि 100 करोड़ रुपये की रिश्वत में केजरीवाल की भूमिका थी. ईडी का कहना है कि केजरीवाल और समीर महेंद्रू के बीच की फोन बातचीत का भी जिक्र किया, जिसमें केजरीवाल ने कहा था कि विजय नायर मेरा आदमी है. आप उस पर भरोसा कर सकते हैं.
