Delhi HC: 'स्मृति ईरानी और उनकी बेटी रेस्टोरेंट की नहीं है मालिक', मानहानि केस पर दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट की टिप्पणी

गोवा रेस्टोरेंट बार (Goa restaurant row) पर विवाद के बीच दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट ने कहा कि केंद्रीय मंत्री स्मृति ईरानी और उनकी बेटी (Zoish Irani) उस रेस्टोरेंट की मालिक नहीं हैं. ना ही उन्होंने कभी उस रेस्टोरेंट के संबंध में किसी लाइसेंस के लिए आवेदन किया. बता दें कि दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट में इस मामले की सुनवाई शुक्रवार (29 जुलाई) को हुई थी, जिसका डिटेल ऑर्डर अब सामने आया है. इसके पहले दिल्ली हाई कोर्ट ने कांग्रेस नेताओं को गोवा बार मुद्दे से संबंधित सोशल मीडिया से अपनी सामग्री को हटाने का निर्देश दिया था.
