भारतीय विदेश मंत्रायल ने कहा कि चीन भारतीय राज्य अरुणाचल प्रदेश में स्थानों का नाम बदलने के अपने मूर्खतापूर्ण प्रयासों पर कायम है.
India-China Border Controversy: चीन द्वारा अरुणाचल प्रदेश के विभिन्न स्थानों के नाम जारी किए जाने पर भारतीय विदेश मंत्रालय ने प्रतिक्रिया दी है. विदेश मंत्रालय के आधिकारिक प्रवक्ता रणधीर जयसवाल ने कहा कि चीन भारतीय राज्य अरुणाचल प्रदेश में स्थानों का नाम बदलने के अपने मूर्खतापूर्ण प्रयासों पर कायम है. हम इस तरह के प्रयासों को दृढ़ता से अस्वीकार करते हैं. मनगढ़ंत नाम निर्दिष्ट करने से वास्तविकता नहीं बदलेगी. अरुणाचल प्रदेश भारत का एक अभिन्न और अविभाज्य हिस्सा है और यह हमेशा रहेगा.

In response to media queries on renaming places in Arunachal Pradesh by China, the MEA Official Spokesperson, Randhir Jaiswal said:
