Ola Launches Prime Plus: ओला ने लॉन्च किया प्राइम प्लस, अब कैब ड्राइवर कैंसिल नहीं कर पाएंगे आपकी राइड

Ola ने 'Prime Plus' नाम से अपनी नई प्रीमियम सर्विस लॉन्च की है. कंपनी का दावा है कि प्रीमियम सर्विस में कैंसिलेशन या ऑपरेशंस की कोई समस्या नहीं है. ओला के सीईओ भाविश अग्रवाल ने नई सेवा की घोषणा के संबंध में ट्वीट करते हुए लिखा, "ओला कैब्स एक नई प्रीमियम सर्विस की टेस्टिंग कर रही है. प्राइम प्लस: बेस्ट ड्राइवर, टॉप कारें, कोई कैंसिलेशन या परिचालन संबंधी परेशानी नहीं. आज बैंगलोर में चुनिंदा कस्टमर्स के लिए इस सर्विस को लाइव किया जायेगा. इसे आजमाएं. मैं इसका उपयोग करूंगा और अपने अनुभव यहां ट्विटर पर शेयर करूंगा."

प्राइम प्लस के माध्यम से कैब बुक करने पर यूजर्स को कैंसल न होने वाली राइड ऑफर की जाएगी. साथ ही कस्टमर को टॉप ड्राइवर के साथ कनेक्ट किया जाएगा. इससे कस्टमर को परेशान मुक्त यात्रा मिल सकेगी. हालांकि प्राइम प्लस सर्विस अभी केवल बेंगलुरु के कुछ यूजर्स के लिए उपलब्ध है. ऐसे में, अन्य जगहों के लोग अभी इस सर्विस का इस्तेमाल नहीं कर सकेंगे.
