‘हिंदुस्तानी भाऊ’ को मुंबई कोर्ट ने दी जमानत, धारावी स्टूडेंट्स प्रोटेस्ट मामले में 1 फरवरी से थे जेल में
मुंबई सत्र अदालत ने ऑनलाइन परीक्षा को लेकर धारावी में छात्रों के विरोध प्रदर्शन के मामले में विकास फाटक उर्फ हिंदुस्तानी भाऊ को जमानत दे दी है. उन्हें 1 फरवरी को धारावी पुलिस स्टेशन द्वारा गिरफ्तार किया गया था. तब छात्रों ने स्कूली शिक्षा मंत्री वर्षा गायकवाड़ (Varsha Gaikwad) के घर का घेराव किया था. इस दौरान पुलिस ने लाठीचार्ज भी किया था.
मुंबई सत्र अदालत ने ऑनलाइन परीक्षा को लेकर धारावी में छात्रों के विरोध प्रदर्शन के मामले में विकास फाटक उर्फ हिंदुस्तानी भाऊ को जमानत दे दी है. उन्हें 1 फरवरी को धारावी पुलिस स्टेशन द्वारा गिरफ्तार किया गया था. कोर्ट में हिंदुस्तानी भाऊ का पक्ष रखने वाले वकील अनिकेत निकम ने यह जानकारी दी है.
'हिंदुस्तानी भाऊ' को मुंबई पुलिस ने छात्रों को प्रदर्शन के लिए उकसाने के मामले में गिरफ्तार किया था. धारावी में 31 जनवरी को स्टूडेंट्स ने 10वीं और 12वीं की परीक्षा को ऑनलाइन कराने के लिए प्रदर्शन किया था.
